  I ordered flowers for a memorial service and paid the additional fee to ensure it was delivered by 12 noon today. I received a call at 1213pm to say that not only could they not deliver by noon, they could not deliver what I wanted and the issue was with the address. Then do not take the order and if you do, call the person first thing in the am to make sure they have time to make other arrangements.. I am so mad. Sent flowers from me and from another friend so now I have to call him and tell him his flowers were not sent either. Do not use this service.. ever..
