  People were nice enough but lack speed and problem solving skills. I arrived and there were three people in the chairs getting their haircut by three stylists. I approached the counter and the attendant asked if I called ahead. I said that I did however no one answered the phone. Fast forward 30 minutes… I am still waiting to get my hair cut. I am the only one in the waiting area. Then a gentleman comes in, signs in, sits down. He gets called up to get his haircut before me. I ask what happened and I am told he called ahead. I told them that I had called ahead as well. I showed them their phone number in my call log. They did not answer. I should be listed as a call ahead customer. When I arose the issue nobody seem to know how to solve the issue and I left frustrated. 30 minutes at the end of a long day wasted. I will never return.
